You have two scheduled checkup half-days per year that occur during outpatient or consult rotations. These half-days are posted on Amion under the “Yearly Clinic Summary” tab. These days are intended to facilitate doctor, dentist, or health maintenance wellness appointments that need to be scheduled far in advance. They are NOT meant for acute or urgent physical or mental health appointments, for which you will ALWAYS be excused. Any urgent personal medical concerns should be reported to the chief-on-call (see Amion for schedule) so that cross-cover can be pulled.
